Activity problem!!!

Hello!
I am getting grazy...I have Google and Google and no one seems to have same problem I have...IÂ´m stuck in red lights for my every payware add-on...
-German RailRoads Volume 1:IÂ´m stuck in red activity number 04-Winter....
-ProTrain 14:IÂ´m forever stuck in red signal in many activity...
I have MSTS with 1.4 patch.
I have tried almost everything..with new BIN patch or not...
With TrainStore or not...nothing seems to help.WhatÂ´s wrong with my add-ons???

Specs:
-Windows XP pro with SP2
-Intel Core 2 Duo E 6400
-Abit AB9 motherboard
-2GB RAM DDR2

IÂ´m getting so nuts with my problem...I have pay for these roads and I canÂ´t get them work....please help!

Hello and welcome to the forum. When you have installed the very first edition of Bigge Valley then you have to install the patch, which you can find in the download area. Then the red signal syndrom in task four will be removed.

And please no Pro Train issues here in the GR Forum. Pro Train has got its own forum. But maybe you have to install the patches from Pro Train and then the issues will be removed.

Activity problem!!!

Maybe you rolled back at one of the station stops, if only a little. This can trigger a 'clear' signal for an opposing AI train in front of you. If the AI train starts too early, this can cause a 'standoff' between the two trains in a single-track section, even if you don't see the AI train because it is one or two blocks in front of you.

I have attached the text of my evaluation for the activity. It's in German, but I guess you can read the arrival and departure times for the stations and compare them to yours.

Where do you get stuck at the red signal? Sorry, it's so long ago that I completed this activity I really can't remember! :nixweiss:

Thank you very much Uli!Problem was like you said,litlle bit rolling back and AI train blocked rail and was giving red signal.I was deleting that train from Activity Editor and problem solved

How can I stop the train sliding backward?IÂ´m stoopid :respect2:

If you depart from a station where the stop is on an upwards grade it can help to open the throttle a little before the train brake is fully released. It takes some practice, and I'm not sure if it would be "good practice" in reality, but giving an opposing train a clear signal if another train rolls back a little at a station isn't very realistic either.
